Liebherr MK140 PLUS

We are pleased to introduce the latest addition to the GRÚAS SERRAT fleet:

LIEBHERR MK140 PLUS.

Two years ago (2020), we believed that the market for MK cranes, especially in Catalonia, had great potential and would allow us to work in locations where conventional cranes are limited, whether due to access restrictions or the size of the machine.

After seeing the excellent performance and profitability of the MK88 Plus over the past two years, adding the Liebherr MK140 Plus was the natural next step.

Barcelona is a city where many lifting operations take place in confined spaces. We often have very limited time to complete the work, and operations are carried out between buildings, involving relatively light loads that need to be lifted over long distances.

This new MK140 Plus allows us to work at greater heights and with a longer working radius.

The MK140 Plus is the first crane of its size in Catalonia and throughout Spain.

MK cranes combine the features of a tower crane with those of a self-propelled mobile crane, as they are mounted on a mobile crane chassis.
